Managing Cultural Heritage in a Climate Change(d) Future

On November 9-10, 2015, the Smithsonian Institution and the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) came together in Washington, DC for a UK-US Heritage Science Workshop. The event was in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the AHRC, a UK Research Council that funds arts and humanities research and postgraduate study. The presentations and panel focused on challenges of sustainable heritage management in a time of global change and how the arts and humanities and sciences can collaborate to define new areas of research and new solutions. Part of the event was webcast live and is now available on the Smithsonian Consortia website.1
